An internship is a critical step that provides students with the opportunity to apply and experience the theoretical knowledge and approaches they have acquired throughout their education in a professional work environment. This initial phase of their career journey is highly important in many ways, including understanding the business world, establishing professional networks, gaining access to future job opportunities, supporting professional development, and increasing self-confidence.

As the Department of Tourism Management, we place great importance on establishing strong and sincere relationships with leading companies, institutions, and organizations in the tourism sector in order to support our students in achieving their career goals. Through these collaborations, we aim to ensure that our students gain a competitive advantage in the sector.

Students in our department are required to complete a total of 60 working days of internships during their undergraduate education. This internship period is conducted continuously in two separate periods: 30 working days within the scope of the TRM 200 internship course and 30 working days within the scope of the TRM 300 internship course.
