Important Announcement Regarding the Submission of Internship Documents
Dear Students,
All internship documents must be submitted in person by Monday, September 1st, 2025, no later than 17:00.
Documents may only be submitted by another person on behalf of the student in cases of necessity, which must be proven by the student.
Alternative Submission Methods (In Cases of Necessity):

Internship Report: May be sent by email, provided that all required signatures are included.

Workplace Evaluation Form: Must be delivered in person. If this is not possible, the workplace must send the form directly to the Department Head via email.
Important Note: It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the documents are sent and received on time.
